fundamentals you will learn about CrossFit and the 9 functional movements (squat,
front squat, overhead squat, press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift
high pull, and med ball clean) as well as kipping pull-ups. You will be introduced
to the snatch, barbell movements, and muscle-ups. Fundamnetals start on Monday
of each week.

Test out for experienced CrossFitters:
The test out lasts a half hour and consists of the basic CrossFit bodyweight
movements: push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, and burpees. Then, we will test with
LIGHT WEIGHT the lifts such as deadlift, overhead, front and back squats, push
press, shoulder press, push jerk and thrusters. Also, be prepared to show the
Olympic lifts such as the Snatch and the Clean and jerk at light weights.
These movements DO NOT have to be perfect, but they DO need to be safe in order
to pass the test.
